For example if you sell 4 properties per month, with an average fee of £3,000, you will earn over £100,000 per year. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estate Manager to join a large estate in Reading as an Estate/Household Manager. You will work with an extensive team of household staff, as well as farm and vineyard staff. You will become a main point of contact for the Principal and the family. Responsibilities Communication and Engagement: Engage effectively with site staff, contractors, and consultants to continuously improve the efficiency, quality, and value of the property.Ensure that all operational requirements, property rules, regulations, and health and safety standards are clearly communicated, understood, and followed.Respond promptly to queries or complaints, addressing these constructively and striving for timely resolutions.
