Your Role will be: > Scouts and identifies clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking > Negotiates between buyers and sellers Advises clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, etc. > Prepares and presents property proposals to convince clients and secure a deal > Monitors the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for lease and sale > Carries out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants > Conducts research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin > Consistent up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai Land Department law Evaluates the objectives and the budget of an investor to identify their needs and requirements > Conducts surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments.
