Bookkeeper Annual Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience)Location: Edgware, HA8Job Type: Full-time Join a dynamic global logistics company that are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to perform various accounting and accounts admin tasks. This role is based in our Edgware office and requires in-office attendance five days a week. Day-to-day of the role: Accounting Related Tasks: Posting sales and purchase invoices.Posting bank payments and receipts.Submitting monthly declarations to credit insurance.Checking documents and keeping leave records.General administration duties. Sales Admin Tasks: Preparing or double-checking proforma invoices, purchase orders, commercial invoices, and packing lists.Preparing certificates of origin.Verifying supplier documents with purchase orders. Required Skills & Qualifications AAT Level 3 or ICB Level 3 qualification or qualified by experience.Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a bookkeeping role.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Very strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
