Infrastructure Server EngineerLocation: Hybrid / UK-basedContract Length: 6 MonthsIR35 Status: Inside IR35OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Server Engineer to support a large-scale server estate modernisation programme across on-premise and cloud environments.This Server Engineer role is heavily focused on server discovery, analysis, remediation, upgrade, migration, and decommissioning activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing existing Windows and SQL Server environments, understanding server dependencies and hosted applications, identifying opportunities for consolidation or retirement, and delivering server upgrade and migration projects.This is a hands-on infrastructure role requiring strong experience of Windows Server and SQL Server upgrades within enterprise environments.
