Support Engineer
Support Engineer - Basingstoke - £30-£45k I am working with an innovative technology company based near Basingstoke, they are now looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will provide first and second line technical support to the clients’ international customers, distributors, users and operators. Responsibilities - Support customers and distributors through remote diagnosis, repairs, and in-house/on-site training - Collaborate with Engineering to improve product design and handle prioritized support tickets efficiently - Provide hands-on field services, potentially involving international travel Requirements - Degree in Engineering or Science, with strong maths and physics background - Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering, networking, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, iOS) - Problem-solving mindset, effective communication skills, self-organization, technical English proficiency, and ability to work independently This is an onsite, full time role.
