Marketing Officer
Marketing Officer Macildowie is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an esteemed client within Leicestershire for a Marketing Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking institution, driving impactful marketing and recruitment initiatives for an exciting project as it reaches the height of its campaign. You will be at the forefront of all marketing responsibilities and reporting to the Marketing Lead for this exciting project. The role is on a 6 months temporary basis and will be paying between £17 - £19 per hour. The role is very flexible with the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days a week and 1-2 days in the office in Leicestershire. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality marketing campaigns You will contribute to the creation and management of corporate marketing materials, digital content, and strategic engagement plans. Key Responsibilities: Develop creative marketing content across digital, print, social media, and advertising channels.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful communication plans.Create and manage engaging web and social media content, ensuring alignment with the organisation's broader strategy.Assist in the planning and delivery of high-profile eventsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to inform strategic recommendations.Build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships, supporting the delivery of innovative, on-brand projects.Support the recruitment and admissions process, ensuring a competitive and seamless applicant experience. What We're Looking For: Demonstrated experience in digital and print marketingStrong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.Creative and innovative mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.Proficiency in content creation, including writing compelling copy and producing multimedia content.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience liaising across diverse teams.Knowledge of CRM platforms and social media management tools is desirable.
