Member Engagement Manager
Robert Half are working with a NFP who focus on DEI in the Financial Services sector. They are looking for a Community / Member Engagement Manager to join the team. Community / Member Engagement Manager - London (Hybrid) As the business continues to grow and scale, this role will be an integral part of managinggrowth and engagement amongst the community, and ensuring the sponsor offering and communication is best in class. This individual will be thinking about implementing new processes, expanding content and complexity. Responsibilities * Manage the engagement of the community, with high levels of responsiveness* Plan and deliver the community events programme, including roundtables, education sessions, partnershipevents.* Review the roadmap for the community portal and continue developing it. This includes:Identification, curation and commissioning of content. Whether working with content creators or producing yourself Quality control of content and platformDevelopment of the community area as a easy-to-use websiteTracking and analysing usage trendsUser management and engagement - Create processes to track engagementSupporting regular community touchpoints - preparing materials, taking (and delivering) actions, keeping the CRM updated --> Manage the sponsor database of contacts and segmentation information Ensure high quality, regular communications with sponsors, coordinate ad hoc emails and invitations to sponsors about initiatives from across the organisationImplement new community engagement KPIs and manage the team's reporting requirementsWork with others on campaigns, content and maximising the impact of all our activity, paying particular attention to managing interdependencies across the organisation Requirements Experience with project management, events planning and/or community managementExperience in a customer/client service (-style environment), corporate membership or industry organisation OR consulting with a fast-moving, high standards client groupDelivery of a varied, fast-paced workload independently under senior management guidanceComfort with the intense administrative requirements of an organisation in the scale-up stageHaving a sharp eye and care for detail and interdependenciesA passion for the diversity agendaExperience using Excel, Wordpress, email marketing tools and/or a CRMUnderstanding of DE&I and/or HR issues and solutionsExposure to PE and/or VC, or broader financial services If you are looking for a new role and this sounds like the next exciting career step you have been waiting for, apply here with your CV and one of the team will be in touch!
