The Talent Set is delighted to partner with a renowned charity organisation on a fantastic Philanthropy Officer role. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful fundraising initiatives and support the organisation’s mission through relationship development and strategic engagement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective donors, partners, and stakeholders.Implement fundraising campaigns aligned with organisational goals.Identify new funding opportunities and cultivate potential supporters.Prepare compelling proposals, reports, and stewardship communications.Support events and outreach activities to raise awareness and encourage giving.Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.Collaborate with internal teams to optimise engagement strategies and maximise funding.Person Specification:Experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or charitable support functions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proactive approach to building relationships and identifying opportunities.Knowledge of the charity sector and funding landscape is advantageous.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Passionate about making a difference through philanthropy and community support.What’s on Offer:Salary: £28,000 – £32,000Working Pattern: Full time, Hybrid | 3 days a week on siteHow to ApplyTo apply, please submit your CV demonstrating your suitability for this role by clicking the 'apply now' button (please do not apply via email).
