They boast longstanding relationships with a broad range of exceptional clients, from large institutions and corporates to SMEs and entrepreneurs. The firm have a growing Employment team who are recognised by the Legal Directories for their work on behalf of both Employers and Senior Executives in the city. This close-knit team is now looking to make two Associate hires to assist in the growth of their practice. The Opportunity The team is led by Next Generation Employment Partner who is recognised as a leader in their field. They advise employers and employees on all aspects of employment law and act for an impressive roster of clients focused within the music, media, entertainment and sport sectors. Their Employment team works on the full range of employment issues, from recruitment through to redundancies, performance dismissals and executive exits. They advise senior and board level executives on negotiating employment terms on entry and termination packages on exit. They also regularly assist clients with claims in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court. This successful team are now looking to hire an NQ and a more experienced Associate to work directly with the team's head of department and take on a high level of responsibility.
