Employment Department Background: Our Employment lawyers advise on all employment law related matters and act on behalf of claimants and respondents in all contentious employment law proceedings in the Employment Tribunals, County Courts and the High Court; delivering advice from the start of a potential claim through to its conclusion by settlement or litigation. We are working with a Well-Established Law Firm who are recruiting for an Employment Paralegal in the Colchester office. The Role Are you looking for an opportunity to qualify as a Solicitor within Employment Law? Want to work under the supervision of an experienced Partner with over a decade of Employment Law experience? This may be just the opportunity you are looking for! Based in Colchester, this role will work within the Employment Team, gaining experience within a wide remit of Employment Law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, across both private and public sector businesses of all sizes, and representing both employers and employees. The Candidate You will have previous experience working as a Paralegal/Assistant within Employment supporting a Fee Earner with their caseload. A driven and self-motivated individual who can build strong client relationships, alongside delivering excellent client care.
