Required Skills & Qualifications: Must be a qualified legal professional (e.g., Fellow of ILEX or equivalent).Extensive experience in contract law, procurement, and dispute resolution.Proficient in using IT tools for legal work.Capable of delivering effective training and presentations.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to write clear reports and training materials.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Able to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of contract and procurement law, EU law, and local government governance.Familiarity with project management and Council services.Experience in local government commercial contracts is essential.
