OverviewIn this role, you will manage and develop a team of Associate Consultants, oversee their work with Risk & Healthcare corporate consulting clients, and act as an escalation point for complex issues. You will report progress to the Management Team and strive to exceed client expectations. This is a non-regulated, B2B role passionate about corporate pension and employee benefits. You will provide support to Consultants and Management, develop a client portfolio, and deliver high-quality service to all parties involved. How you'll make an impact Anticipate and respond to the needs of the Associate Consultant team and ensure consistent delivery of outstanding client service.Handle a small client portfolio and exceed their expectations.Demonstrate up-to-date technical knowledge of employee benefits and provide advice to clients.Support Consultants and Management in their work with corporate clients.Develop positive relationships with new and existing clients.Assist with client scheme renewals and provide guidance on all aspects of clients' schemes.Prepare client reports and presentations.Achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability of clients.Manage a team of Associate Consultants and act as an escalation point for complex issues.Provide support for Consultants and Management in their work with corporate clients.Develop and maintain a small corporate client portfolio.Provide high-quality advice and consultancy to clients.Proactively identify and progress new business opportunities.Ensure compliance with engagement procedures and maintain a diary management system.Manage client deadlines and action points from meetings.Adhere to internal policies and procedures and put clients at the heart of our business.
