Within this role, you will be carrying out electrical day to day repairs, testing, maintenance, and installation work to domestic and non-domestic properties. Electrician day to day responsibilities: To carry out repairs, maintenance, installation, and testing works to Gentoo domestic and nondomestic propertiesTo carry out domestic and commercial electrical installation condition reportingComplete minor elements of multi-skilling associated with the electrical work e.g., small filling/patching to décorEnsure all work carried out meets the minimum standards set by the current Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations (currently 18th Edition)Liaise with Line Managers regarding the status of all work Electrician essential requirements: Electrical qualification City & Guilds 2361 part 1 & 2 or equivalent Or NVQ Level 3Be fully conversant and competent to carry out works in accordance with the current Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations/BS7671Desirable to hold City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent - Inspection and Testing CertificateFull clean UK driving licence If this role is of interest, please apply directly. We currently employ a wide range of skills which include Air conditioning, Commercial Gas, Plasterers, Plumbers, and Electricians. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Electrician in the Northeast to carry Installs, repair, and maintain electrical systems working in Schools, Hospitals and Universities & Domestic Residential.
