Electrician Annual Salary: Up to £47,200Location: BelfastJob Type: Full-time Join our expanding team as an Electrician, where you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial properties, from retail and hospitality to sports stadiums, hospitals, educational facilities, and government institutions. This role is ideal for experienced electricians who are skilled in compliance, maintenance, and LED project work. Day-to-day of the role: Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within various commercial properties.Conduct testing, inspection, and fault finding of electrical equipment, including LED project work.Ensure all administration related to repairs is complete and up to date.Work 40 hours per week, with occasional requirements to work away from home and out of hours. Required Skills & Qualifications: Full UK manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with a maximum of 6 points (subject to insurance requirements).NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 Part 1 & 2 qualification.City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 inspection and testing (desirable).AM2 or equivalent.Good level of IT literacy.Understanding of Health and Safety regulations within the workplace.IPAF and PASMA (desirable).City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.JIB Card (desirable).Must meet the requirements of an enhanced DBS check.
