The school focuses on vocations like horticulture, agriculture, equine skills and animal care as well as many more, to enrich the lives and education of its pupils.  Responsibilities: Support young people aged 16–25+ with Special Educational Needs in a unique, vocational learning environment set across 350 acres of countryside.Assist in the delivery of hands-on learning in areas such as horticulture, agriculture, equine skills, and animal care—core vocational pathways offered by the school.Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement enterprise-based activities that bridge the gap between education and employment.Encourage learners to engage with outdoor tasks and develop practical, real-world skills that promote independence and self-confidence.Provide one-to-one and group support tailored to individual needs, ensuring each student has access to a meaningful, person-centred education.Help maintain outdoor learning spaces, including gardens, animal enclosures, and agricultural areas, creating a safe and stimulating environment.Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing, acting as a consistent, supportive presence throughout the school day.Contribute to the overall ethos of the school, which values inclusion, opportunity, and personal growth through nature-based and vocational learning.
