Average Education Coordinator salary in the UK

The starting salary for this role is £40,296 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week (pro rata for part time staff). We currently have two opportunities available: one full-time position (36 hours per week) and one part-time position (18 hours per week). Both are offered as fixed-term contracts or secondments until 31st August 2026. About the Role We are looking for dynamic Enterprise Coordinators to join the engine of the Surrey Careers Hub, part of a national network of Careers Hubs. In this exciting role you will be key to supporting schools and colleges to improve their careers strategy and activities across Surrey to and engage more effectively with our local businesses. Careers Hubs bring together schools, colleges, businesses, and training providers in a local area.
