Online Implementation Support Executive
Our client, a travel management company, is seeking an Online Implementation Support Executive to be involved in all aspects of the travel technology with a strong focus on online client services; taking responsibility for implementing and supporting corporate online booking tools. This role is Monday-Friday and based in their office in Hampshire and comes with a competitive salary dependent on experience.Online Implementation Support Executive duties: Give technical presentations and training to corporate clients Provide technical support to and training to all departmentsMaintain and develop company Intranet siteBe fully conversant with the full portfolio of services and online booking toolsAssist with IT troubleshooting and reconciliation dutiesAccount manage any designated accounts Online Implementation Support Executive skills required: Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11Fully competent in MS Office Excellent written EnglishKnowledge of online booking tools and passion for technologyExperience in the travel industry an advantageGood attention to detail Additional information: Office based Monday- FridayCompetitive salary Company benefits
