This role is varied, and the school is looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual, able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities. You will be working to support a SEND pupil under the supervision of the teacher/SENDCO. The school is looking for a flexible yet resilient person with a caring nature who enjoys working with children. Experience with Autism and early years would be an advantage. Changing nappies maybe required.
