This is a key role where you'll help shape exceptional services for children, adolescents, and families across Gloucestershire. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will: ?? Create the best outcomes for children and adolescents with complex needs ?? Hold a protected caseload, focusing on high-quality and impactful work ?? Provide leadership around quality assurance, practice improvement, and performance support ?? Work closely with your team to embed strong, consistent practice ??
