This is a key leadership role with a strong focus on people management and Employee Relations, alongside responsibility for operational delivery. This position is critical in improving people-related outcomes across the depot. While operational experience is essential, the role is heavily focused on managing ER matters, including attendance, conduct, performance, and engagement. Applicants must be able to demonstrate significant experience managing people and handling complex employee relations issues. The successful candidate will lead, support, and develop a team of drivers, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing operation while addressing ongoing people challenges.
