Receiving instructions and completing reports via PDA, work includes immersion heaters, fans, showers, security lighting, communal lights, domestic electrics, completion of minor works certificates and inspection, testing & remedial work on exchanges and voids.This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading social housing maintenance providers.
