Technical Document SpecialistJob purpose:Working as part of the Application Change Management Team, this role will support documentation preparation to support application change and configuration across multiple applications used within the Underwriting & Schemes division within the PIB Group.Key Responsibilities: Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation including policy wordings, IPIDs, notices of change, policy schedules, certificates, policy related letter/email templates.Review change requests submitted by the business and effectively capture and document requirements.Ensure all technical documentation complies with company standards and guidelines and is accurate, comprehensive, and kept up-to-date.Support document changes across multiple applications, focussing on delivering quality and value.Assess and evaluate changes to documentation and applications to identify potential impacts and risks.Ensure effective communication to relevant stakeholders including the status of their current requests, and progress of inflight changes.Effectively configure applications (where possible) as part of the change management process.Undertake proof reading or system integration testing and in some cases, user acceptance testing.Update and create knowledge-base articles to document processes and support future change.Find pragmatic and creative ways to balance system / workload constraints to meet user & business needs across complex multi-application environments.Act as a liaison between internal and external technical teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination during the change process.Work in compliance and alignment with the change management processes.Perform other duties required by the Application Change Manager or other senior management which are not included above, but which will be consistent with the role. Evening Document Production Specialist Permanent Fully Remote Working 2pm - 10pm £36,000 Large prestigious law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist to join their in-house legal document production department on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be working the early evening shift of 2pm - 10pm on a fully remote basis from home. This new full-time permanent role is paying £36,000 per annum. This role will be working as a hands-on Document Production Specialist, and the role will also coordinate work requests submitted to the Document Production department.
