We are working with an international law firm who are seeking a team of paralegals for a document review project starting ASAP. You must have previous document review experience and be immediately available. This project will be for one month in duration and will be fully remote working. You must have Relativity experience and solid document review experience. Although this project is for 1 month in duration, there is the potential it may extend. The successful candidates will be working directly with a Partner and other qualified staff. Due to the nature of the client base the candidate must a have Mandarin language ability both spoken and written. They will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running, The candidates are expected to have a full understanding of the conveyancing process and be able to raise property enquiries, draft reports on title and leases . They must have technical knowledge commensurate to their level of experience as well as a pro-active approach to risk management, a willingness to learn and a good knowledge of property transactions.
