We are seeking a Document Control / Office Manager with previous experience using Procore. Day-to-day of the role: Serve as the main point of contact to ensure all documentation and drawings are up-to-date and readily available on Procore.Coordinate all project information including drawings, specifications, technical submittals, samples, letters, minutes, and other electronic information.Liaise with various stakeholders including clients, architects, subcontractors, and designers.Provide support during the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of allocated projects.Act as a Procore and systems champion to ensure the smooth running of the office.Maintain stationery records and ensure they are kept up-to-date.Induct new starters in the office.Process invoices as required.
