Credit ControllerFull-time - 6 month contractSalary up to £30,000 We are working with a dynamic international business operating across global markets to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a 6-month contract. This role is fully office-based so you must be able to reliably commute to their offices in West Somerset. Key Responsibilities: Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence.Maintain accurate records of communication and payment arrangements.Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts accurately.Reconcile accounts and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.Monitor aged debt reports and escalate high-risk accounts.Assist with month-end reporting and cashflow forecasting.Support the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
