Opportunity for a Crime Disputes Solicitor to join a leading Top 100 law firm in London at Associate level The Firm Our client is a full-service law firm with a stellar reputation for its work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices, as well as corporates, trustees and entrepreneurs. Recognised as one of the leading private client firms in the UK, they combine City-level quality with a discreet, personable approach. Much of the firm's work is international in scope, with clients based across the US, Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia. The firm is Legal 500 ranked for their expertise in both Crime: General and Fraud: White Collar Crime in London. The Opportunity Their Defence and Investigations teams advise their clients on the full range of complex and high-profile criminal and regulatory investigations and prosecutions as well as conducting internal investigations for corporate and financial services clients. Their solicitors have experience conducting internal investigations for corporates concerning whistleblowing or alleged wrongdoing, as well as representing employees in internal and FCA directed investigations and interviews. They regularly advise clients (both institutions and individuals) on allegations of anti-money laundering, insider dealing, market abuse, bribery and corruption, tax fraud, corporate manslaughter, government contract fraud and modern slavery. They also advise victims of crime as well as acting in private prosecutions. They're now on the market for an Associate to manage a varied caseload of criminal matters, including police station attendances, Magistrates' and Crown Court work, which is often sensitive and high-profile in nature.
