Strategic and Commercial Leadership Define and deliver the UK Aftersales strategy and annual trading plans to exceed parts profit and service revenue targets.Lead sales and marketing initiatives across Aftersales functions, aligning with broader brand and campaign strategies.Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring commercial discipline and value creation.Identify new business opportunities through data insights, digital platforms, and customer engagement initiatives. Aftersales Operations Oversee all Aftersales operations including warranty, logistics, parts supply, and service campaigns.Manage warranty processes, audits, recalls, and compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.Partner with logistics providers to ensure operational efficiency and service quality. Technical and Training Leadership Lead the UK Technical Team in delivering timely technical support and solutions to retailers and customers.Oversee the national Training Academy to ensure continuous development of retailers and internal capabilities.Implement training programmes aligned with emerging technologies, EV platforms, and new product launches. Stakeholder and Partner Management Serve as the key liaison with global Aftersales divisions, translating strategy into actionable UK programmes.Manage supplier and partner relationships to ensure performance and cost-effectiveness. Retailer Network Development Enhance retailer Aftersales performance through structured programmes covering standards, facilities, and staff development.Ensure consistent execution of Aftersales initiatives across the network.
