Responsibilities:As the Tax Director, you will… Run the Tax service line, with responsibility for key strategic decisions around growth – both in terms of the revenue stream and the headcount numbersManage and prepare tax deadlines and returns, including both Personal and Corporate Tax elements.Assist with drafting Statutory accounts with regard to taxation notes and disclosures for review by the accounting team.Work on areas including CT returns, Transfer pricing, VAT, Personal tax returns, ERS submissions, R&D tax credit, P11D’s and PSA submissions.Liaise with HMRC on clients’ behalf to ensure client returns are processed efficiently and accurately. As well as a background in High end residential construction and design and build, you will have a proven track record of delivering in Multi-site project management, Health & Safety and enjoy being in a client facing role. Experienced in using project management tools is essential, ideally with knowledge of ProCore Software. This role needs someone that is flexible in their approach and very proactive in following up tasks and talking with clients as well as other parts of the business.
