Digital Marketing & Content Designer
The Digital Marketing & Content Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital and traditional channels, ensuring a strong and consistent brand identity, managing the company website, producing and captioning video content, and analysing website performance to support marketing and business objectives.Joining the THT team offers an exciting opportunity to develop your marketing skills within a collaborative environment. This is a hands-on role with an ambitious and growing SME with primary markets across Asia, North America, and Europe.THT serves markets including battery safety research and chemical process safety. Our customer portfolio includes globally recognised and marketing leading brands in electric vehicle manufacturing, consumer electronics, battery development, pharmaceuticals, and reactive chemicals. Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Brand IdentityDesign graphics for social media (posts, stories, adverts)Create brochures, exhibition materials, and other printed collateralDevelop and maintain visual brand identity, including style guides, brand assets, and templatesVideo Production & CaptioningProduce short-form video content for social media, web, and internal useEdit video and add captions/subtitlesCoordinate and undertake video shootsWebsite ManagementMaintain and update the website (content, images, UX adjustments)Implement CMS changesEnsure website design and content align with brand guidelinesDigital Content CreationDesign web content with technical product and application input from colleagues (landing pages, blog, case studies)Work with marketing team to develop campaign assetsDesign email marketing templatesAnalytics & OptimizationMonitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Generate monthly/quarterly reports on website traffic, user behaviour, conversionsRecommend and implement improvements (UX, SEO, AEO, content) based on dataCollaboration & Project ManagementWork with Sales & Marketing Director on campaign planning and executionCoordinate with external agencies and partners when neededSupport event planning and coordinationManage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independentlySkills & ExperienceTechnical / Design SkillsProficient with visual marketing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or others)Experience with video editing toolsStrong understanding of web CMS (e.g., WordPress)Skill in designing for both print and digitalDigital Marketing / AnalyticsFamiliarity with Google Analytics (or equivalent)Understanding of SEO, AEO, and web performance principlesAbility to interpret data and make recommendationsCreative & BrandingEye for detail and strong visual design senseAbility to translate brand strategy into visual assetsStrong storytelling skills (for video and web content)Communication & CollaborationExcellent written and verbal communication (English language)Experience working cross-functionallyProject management: ability to manage deadlines and stakeholdersExperienceIdeally minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role (or agency background)Experience of working in an SME or small marketing team is a plusEducationDegree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatoryPersonal AttributesProactive, self-starterAdaptable and flexible – comfortable juggling design, content, and technical tasksStrong organisational skillsCreative thinker with a commercial mindset
