We partner with thousands of employers across the country, offering both job security and excellent opportunities for career progression.Job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house marketing team and take the lead on digital campaigns across paid media, social platforms, and content channels. In this role, you will work closely with and report directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications, ensuring all campaigns align with the company’s brand vision and objectives.Your work will directly influence how the brand is perceived online, contributing to our overall marketing strategy and driving measurable results.Key responsibilitiesSocial media & content strategy Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok)Lead all social media initiatives, managing campaigns from start to finish - briefing, creative conception and post-campaign analysisPlan and schedule multimedia content aligned with brand identity and objectivesCollaborate with designers to optimise the creative customer journeyStay ahead of platform updates, emerging trends, and user behavioursPaid media management Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and SnapchatConduct audience & keyword research, advise on creative requirements, create search ad copy, and drive landing page optimisation to maximise campaign performance and search quality score.Monitor campaign performance, implement A/B testing and other optimisation techniques analyse data, and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement, including ad copy, bidding strategies, and targeting.Performance & analytics Monitor and report on performance on a weekly and monthly basisUse analytics to extract insights and optimise marketing strategiesStay informed on algorithm changes, industry benchmarks, and emerging best practicesExperience2+ years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, or social media marketingHands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta AdsStrong understanding of SEO and website optimisationProven success delivering high-ROI cross-channel campaignsProficiency in Google Analytics and reporting toolsExperience using HubSpotAble to interpret and act on performance dataStrong knowledge of organic and paid social media growth strategiesUsed to working in a fast-paced environment, you will have excellent time management skills and be adaptable with the ability to prioritise effectivelySound communication and presentation skills with a high level of attention to detailCore SkillsDegree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essentialGenuine passion for Digital Performance Marketing, and desire to grow in your careerStrong understanding of digital marketing principles and content creation toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailSelf-Starter comfortable with working on your own as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environmentIf successful, we will ask you to present examples of a case where you have used your skills to grow a brand or increase lead gen for brands/companies you have worked with.Benefits25 days annual leave bank holidays (increasing with length of service)Christmas & New Year shutdown periodPension SchemeLife Assurance CoverSpecsavers SchemeNUS Discount Card eligibilityElectric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice Scheme£500 employee referral bonus schemeEnhanced sick pay & maternity reward vouchersEmployee well-being and assistance programmeOffice Hours:Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm, Friday 8:45am - 3:30pm
