Day-to-Day of the Role: Design and produce high-quality digital assets for social media, websites, emails, and paid advertising campaigns.Develop creative concepts and layouts that align with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Create engaging short-form video content, including editing, motion graphics, and animation.Adapt and optimise content for various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Collaborate with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive and effective digital campaigns.Ensure a consistent visual identity across all digital touchpoints. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a digital and/or social media designer.A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in designing for social-first creative, campaigns, and video content.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Competence in using Figma for design tasks would be advantageousExperience with motion graphics, video editing, and AI tools.Good understanding of current social media trends, formats, and best practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.Experience with content scheduling or social media management tools is preferred.
