Digital Designer – Campaign-Focused (Not Brand/Print) Consumer Products - Global Brand | circa £50k | Harlow, Essex (Office-based) We are seeking a highly creative and commercially aware Digital Designer with a strong focus on campaign-led digital design. This role is ideal for a designer who understands how to take a campaign concept and execute it effectively across multiple digital channels, producing engaging, high-quality assets at pace. This role is well-suited to a digital-first, campaign-focused designer. This is not a brand or print-led design role — the successful candidate will have proven experience in digital campaign execution within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver campaign-led digital creative across: Paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) Display advertising Website and landing pages CRM/email campaigns Roll out campaigns across multiple formats, placements, and channels Produce high-volume asset suites while maintaining consistency and quality Work from briefs aligned to audience, message, and performance objectives Adapt and optimise the creative based on performance insights and feedback Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, performance, and creative Candidate Requirements Proven experience in digital design with a campaign focus Strong portfolio demonstrating: Multi-channel campaign execution Paid social and digital ads High-volume digital asset delivery Excellent understanding of: Digital formats and platform requirements User behaviour and engagement Ability to work at pace in a performance-driven environment Strong attention to detail across layout, typography, and messaging Experience with Adobe Creative Suite , Figma, After Effects (motion/animation) Familiarity with Paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), CRM/email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp) Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement) What’s on Offer Opportunity to work within a fast-paced, digitally focused team Exposure to high-volume, multi-channel campaigns Strong opportunity for skill development in performance-led design Collaborative and supportive environment Important Note: This role is well-suited to a digital-first, campaign-focused designer.
