Reed is excited to help a highly recognized business in Northamptonshire with a digital Content coordinator.  This is a Temp role for 6 months they are offering hybrid working when training is complete. They are looking for someone who can come in for 6 months or more and be able to put into use what they have learned in the past in regard to some graphic design experience – photoshop skills, good admin to deliver some new images to the website. They will liaise with CAD agency to render images to work with CAD team to create images.  Will retouch images, save them to folders and pass to the team add to the web. To be successful in this role you will need to be confident with Excel and Photoshop.  Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Accountable for managing the briefing and delivery of the creative assets for all kitchen layout types – Galley, U Shape, Peninsular, Island, L shape, Single wall.Work collaboratively with marketing, the commercial team, and the CAD agency to brief and produce the new kitchen images to the agreed creative requirements and to timeline.Develop high level project plans and coordinate project meetings and communications to ensure the project remains on track and stakeholders are up to speed with progress.Complete the colour proofing of all images and make amendments using Photoshop to ensure good colour matching across all image types and kitchen ranges.Work with the product information team to create a brief for loading all asset files into the PIM ready for approval and publishing on the web.Maintain up to date versions of all asset models and communicate any changes to key stakeholders.  Manage ad hoc requests from the Senior CAD systems manager or other team members as required. Key Performance Indicators   Assets are created, approved, and loaded to the timeline.Project plans are up to date, circulated, and meetings scheduled as required.Senior CAD Systems Manager and Data Implementation Manager are supported and kept up to speed with progress.Regular contact is maintained with key stakeholders across all teams.
