Our prestigious client is seeking an experienced Office Manager who is well-versed in daily office management. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the construction industry, although other industries will be considered, ensuring compliance and efficiency in a demanding and professional environment. There will be opportunity to grow and develop the role within this growing company, along with opportunities to attend site visits with prestigious/high end clients.  The ideal candidate will be media savvy, as an exciting element of the role will be to develop and improve their marketing and online strategies.  Day-to-day of the role: Oversee and manage all aspects of office administration, developing administrative systems to enhance efficiency.Perform Secretarial/PA functions including answering phones, organising meetings, and managing correspondence.Maintain and update company documents, records, and reports, ensuring all filing is up-to-date and well-managed.Collate information and submit Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) to clients and from subcontractors.Keep the company website and client/supplier databases up to date, and produce project profiles.Manage new starter processes including company inductions and oversee industry accreditation applications.Prepare all paperwork for new sites and manage subcontract orders and site requirements.Compile presentation documentation and assist in business development with new and existing clients.Promote the business through various channels such as LinkedIn, the company website, and electronic brochures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong mathematical, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) and Squarespace.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices. Solid grasp of security best practices, data privacy, and GDPR compliance.
