Current vacancy for a housing provider to join as a Development Officer. This is a newly created position and will be reporting to the Head of Development. Key duties will include, To ensure all development files up to date in line with Homes England requirements.Quality inspections / audits of sites.Budget management including process invoices, sign off accounts manage cash flow.Use of development software.Provide support during the handover process including attending handover.Attend Pre-Tenancy Workshop’s and sign-up meetings with prospective tenants.Manage media activity around development sites.Manage and record accurate documents / records to industry standard.Manage defect queries.Work as part of wider department and organisation to provide all round excellent customer experience.
