Our client, a Fire and Rescue service is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to join their Learning and Development Team for a period of 12 months. This role will be vital in the review, design and implementation of the service's revised development programmes. This will incorporate the design and facilitation of information sessions to help the service to evaluate their current development programmes. You will have assisted in the development and delivery of training frameworks and have delivered effective face to face and digital training and evaluation solutions. To enable you to carry out this role effectively, you will have an understanding of project methodologies and the effective use of evaluation. You will also hold a relevant Level 3 learning & development related qualification. The role will be agile. You will work be based at Headquarters and attend other sites and stations as well as home working.
