The aim is simple: we seek like-minded, talented and ambitious individuals who want to be part of our exciting journey.About the role: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for business development via new account acquisition and the development of existing accounts. The Business Development Manager will identify multi-site opportunities within business sectors of their responsibility, that directly align with GroupNexus objectives and their personal targets. Working to agreed long-term commercial goals, targets are achieved through acquiring and developing new client relationships, growing our ownership of specific client portfolios and a broader sector market share. This includes identifying the needs of clients and prospects by aligning GroupNexus products and services and negotiating complex commercial arrangements.About the role:Achieve specific commercial goals & targets. Strategic selling of products and services in-line with group strategy & client interests.Develop detailed sector sales strategy & present quarterly.Manage inbound enquiries and maximise long term success.Identify, research & contact new multi-site prospects regionally & nationally.Maximise longer term client relationships, upselling added value & site acquisition.Regular client liaison via calls, video and face to face field visits.Maintain an accurate sales cycle in the CRM system. Collaborating across departments, contributing to the team & broader business strategy whilst reviewing client development successPerson requirements:Professional & confident, with a drive to deliver results through the acquisition of new clients.Ability to nurture and build long term relationships with new & existing clients.Demonstrable success in B2B commercial sales A background in the business sectors role specified The ability to manage & deliver strategic opportunities across a longer sales cycle.Outstanding communication & networking skills. Engaging presentation & negotiation skills.
