Executive Director Hours: 36 hours per weekLocation: Main Campus, Isleworth (with weekly presence at Skills & Logistics Centre, Feltham)Responsible to: Principal Salary: £86,000 per annum About the Role I am recruiting for an exceptional Executive Director to provide strategic leadership across key operational and developmental areas of the College. This is a pivotal role, shaping the future of their campuses and ensuring that their services align with the College’s mission and values. You will lead Estates, Health & Safety, IT Services & Cybersecurity, Sustainability, Marketing, Security, Commercial Lettings, and hold strategic responsibility for the Skills and Logistics Centre. Your leadership will ensure compliance, innovation, and excellence across all functions. Key Responsibilities Drive strategic planning and delivery for Estates, IT, Health & Safety, Sustainability, Marketing, and Business Continuity.Lead the development and integration of the Skills & Logistics Centre within the College’s overall strategy.Oversee major capital projects, procurement, and key contracts to ensure value for money.Champion a customer-focused culture across all managed services.Ensure robust compliance with legislation, cybersecurity, and audit requirements.Develop and implement strategies for sustainability, energy efficiency, and progress towards Net Zero.Represent the College at a strategic level, deputising for the Principal when required.Provide leadership for workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning within your teams.
