Learning & Development Coordinator
An exciting opportunity for an L&D professional to join a highly prestigious US law firm in their London office. This delightful global law firm with an excellent L&D set-up is keen to bring in a like-minded and passionate Learning & Development Coordinator to work closely with the L&D Manager. You’ll be coordinating the delivery of legal and professional development training for the London fee-earner population. You’ll also be a part of the firm’s seat rotations and qualification processes. Working alongside the wider HR team, you will coordinate reviews, orientation processes, and running various committees. The perfect Learning & Development Coordinator will have a minimum of four years experience in a learning and development position, ideally within a legal environment or professional services/corporate workplace. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be a team player. The role is being offered on an initial 18-month FTC with a salary of up to c£45,000 and excellent benefits.
