Our client, established for almost 20 years, supplies office stationery and workwear to customers across the UK from its base in the North East. Growing at a rate of 20% year on year and having invested heavily in new state of the art printing equipment, they now seek a Business Development Consultant to promote their extensive range of Workwear and PPE. As Business Development Consultant, you will: -manage existing accounts across a wide range of industry sectors -prospect for new business via a combination of business profiling, face-to-face meetings, telephone sales, emails, social media, LinkedIn and regular networking -prepare, propose and follow up quotes -meet agreed sales and activity targets -utilise the company’s CRM system to plan and log all of your sales activities As Business Development Consultant, you will need: -a demonstrable track record of success in Workwear sales -the initiative to identify potential new customers -the awareness to up/cross-sell to existing clients -the motivation & determination to develop new business daily -a consultative style -a good level of literacy Salary & benefits: £28-30k basic Uncapped commission Realistic £40k OTE in first year Fuel allowance 20 days holiday + statutory bank holidays Birthday off every year Christmas bonus On-site parking Auto-enrolment pension Supportive colleagues & owners Realistic opportunity for succession

This may include executive coaching, facilitation, delivery of highly energised workshops, or consultancy advice to ODP and/or other teams in the organisation to identify tailored solutions.Supports the implementation of our Talent development strategy, ensuring the Talent needs identified across the organisation are properly addressed through our leadership & management development initiatives.Responsible for establishing robust leadership and management development impact measurement for any of the programs/initiatives designed and implemented, able to utilise people insights and evidence of impact on performance (individual and organisational).Explore and develop collaborative approaches to strengthening leadership and management capabilities across the wider Essex County, to support the delivery of the Essex Vision, developing key partnerships when appropriate.Work collaboratively across People & Transformation to build an aligned and relevant service for the organisation.
