The Debt Recovery Analyst supports the Debt Recovery Team Leader in providing efficient services to the Back Office and Property managers. What are some of the things our Debt Recovery Analyst will be doing? Control and manage the relationship with Property Managers.Plan, organise and schedule quarterly meetings with Property Managers to include a review of all debt on hold.Ensure all operational problems are rapidly analysed and resolved so there is minimum business impact.Reporting to include identifying trends, potential problems and opportunities and propose and implement ways in which performance can be improved.Contribute as required to the definition of targets, standards and service levels to ensure these meet the needs both of RMG and the customer.Participate as required in the development, maintenance of procedures, systems and processes to support effective delivery of operational activities and manage the effective implementation of and changes and development into the work of the team.Resolve customer queries and issues escalated from the Property Managers further escalating significant problems as appropriate and identifying and highlighting trends/emerging issues to enable their early resolution and to report findings.Liaise with and respond to queries and issues escalated from external Debt Collect solicitors further escalating significant problems as appropriate and identifying and highlighting trends/emerging issues to enable their early resolution and to report findingsProvide support as required to other teams and team managers to support the effective functioning of the business unit. Previous experience within a Credit Control or Debt Recovery roleExperience and enjoyment of working within a fast paced environmentDemonstrable experience of working to SLA's and to set timeframesAbility to build collaborative working relationshipsStrong analytical skills, with a solid attention to detailAdvanced level Excel Skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision makingYou'll be super organised and a confident problem solverGreat communicate skills, both written and verbal, with previous office admin experienceYou’ll be confident using Microsoft (Outlook, Excel) to intermediate-advanced level; and the ability to pick up new systems quickly is key! This role would suit someone who is flexible and resilient and able to react and adapt to the needs of the business.
