A well established Telecoms company are currently recruiting for an Outbound Telesales Agent. The Telesales role involves cold calling, generating new business, scheduling sales appointments and general database management. Salary:Up to £29k37.5 hours P/WFree onsite parkingUncapped commission structure Telesales Job Summary: Generate new business opportunities through cold callingCreate and maintain a new database of prospects that fit our customer profileWork closely with the sales team to achieve targetsProgression available within the company and develop sales skills and knowledgeAttending events and webinars Telesales Responsibilities: Research and identify decision makers of potential prospects that match our target client profilesMake outbound cold calls to create a pipeline of prospects and introduce our servicesDetermining if the prospect has a valid need for the company’s products and servicesProgress cold calls into qualified leads and book appointments for the sales teamFollow up with prospects and maintain a record of all contacts and outcomesUpdate and manage the system with accurate and relevant information on all prospectsMeet and exceed your monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointmentsProvide status information to your manager including forecast/pipeline informationProvide feedback and suggestions to improve the cold calling process and strategy Telesales Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to persuade and influence decision-makersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to handle rejection and objectionsProficient in using MS Office and CRM softwareStrong planning, administration, and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
