Reporting to the IT Manager, you will play a key role in supporting core infrastructure, business applications, and end-user services. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various IT teams, manage a diverse workload, and contribute to both ongoing operations and innovative projects. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Provide support for end-user services including M365, thin clients, printers, desktop OS, patching, access control, file and data management, voice services, UCaaS, and business applications. Collaboration & Incident Resolution: Partner with IT teams and third-party vendors to implement changes and resolve incidents effectively. Ensure timely and accurate communication throughout the process. Knowledge Management: Create and maintain knowledge base articles, manage asset inventories, and support major incident and problem management processes. Service Improvement: Develop and document processes and procedures, implement approved solutions, and contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency with Office 365 (both web and client versions).Experience in supporting IP telephony systems and remote shared desktop environments.Expertise with Active Directory, Exchange, MDM solutions, and deployment tools.Proven skills in troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, printers, scanners, and network equipment.Operational experience in problem investigation, workarounds, permanent fixes, root cause analysis, and Information Security Incident management.Solid understanding of change management principles, including planning and implementation.Proven ability to manage project-related tasks, capture knowledge for operational teams, and create work packages.Experience with Disaster Recovery/BCP scenarios.ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management or equivalent knowledge is desirable. Salary is between €40,000 to €50,000 with an excellent benefits package and opportunity to work from home 1/2 days a week.
