A key part of the role will be providing creative design assistance to their Senior Creative Lead such as creative ideas, design and design development information as well as running design and drawing approval for the current remodel and new restaurants program.About the role* Being the creative gatekeeper and upholding standards for all new and remodelled restaurants. You will review and layouts for about 100 minor remodels, up to 75 major remodels and 40 new restaurants each year.* Liaise with internal Construction Managers, External Architects and Franchisees to solve challenges on restaurant design. Occasionally attend site meetings to brief and evaluate projects.* Support the creation, distribution and maintenance of Design Guidance.* To manage storage and retrieval of drawings, photographs and other data relevant to store development* Provide general creative support to the Senior Creative Lead on Design Projects i.e. creation of new restaurant design concepts, new formats etc* Occasionally lead other ad hoc Design projects i.e. bespoke restaurant décorAbout you* Enthusiasm and passion are a must!* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* They're looking for a team player who embraces the company culture, gets involved with the various initiatives* At times you will work autonomously seeing projects to fruition (assumption), you will be able to identify priorities and manage own workload effectively you will also be self-motivated and a quick-learner, willing to be hands-on and work at tasks outside of normal duties.* You'll need to be someone who always remains positive and motivated, inspiring colleagues to maintain a similar attitude.* There may occasionally be stressful times with this role!
