With a proven ability to translate complex bid and proposal information into engaging and persuasive designs that align with brand guidelines and client expectations, you will be adept at collaborating with bid teams and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality, deadline-driven deliverables.As part of your key responsibilities you’ll: Manage briefs from concept through to completion, ensuring it meets the required deadlines, and the agreed criteria and style set outRespond to a variety of design requests digital and print including: brochures, presentations, proposals and other duties as required for Bid ManagementTransform complex bid and proposal information into visually engaging PowerPoint proposals and presentations that effectively communicate key messages and value propositionsCollaborate closely with bid managers and subject matter experts to understand proposal requirements, gather content, and translate technical or complex information into clear, persuasive visualsManage design for multiple bid proposals simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting strict deadlinesContribute to the development of winning proposals through innovative design solutions and meticulous attention to detailEnsure brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity standards across all proposal materials About YouWe’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!
