Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline, ideally with a chartered status or actively working towards attaining one.-Extensive experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, or related position, operating on complex Core and Shell and Commercial projects. -Significant understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and key elements, with an acknowledgement of relevant industry standards, regulations, and legislation.-Demonstrable experience with designing and developing mechanical and electrical systems, using relevant software tools, such as Revit and AutoCAD.-Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks timely and effectively, whilst assuming a proactive mindset.-Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to business and project development and growth.
