Our immediate requirement is for an experienced AV Operations Coordinator to be a key part of our London team, representing proAV and working onsite, taking full responsibility for looking after the day-to-day administration, onboarding, invoicing, and billing. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling: Assisting Operations Team build the weekly RotaVCCM intake - taking information from VCCM (customer facing booking form), scheduling Zoom webinars, creating EMS entries (support reservations), and sending confirmations. About The Role Role Overview: The role of the Project Coordinator is to assist the project managers and teams by monitoring and implementing the framework for them to operate within. They are looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join their team on a large reinforced concrete (RC) frame residential scheme. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth delivery of our projects, from pre-construction through to completion Key Responsibilities: Oversee design deliverables and ensure alignment with project deadlines.Coordinate with commercial activities including procurement and reporting.Monitor and control all project information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Develop and track design programs.Collaborate with various departments (Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Land/Planning, Finance, and Construction) to ensure seamless project integration.Manage relationships with external consultants and contractors.Ensure external deliverables meet project expectations and budgets.Produce and procure necessary technical drawings and documents.Manage the Document Control System to maintain accurate project records.Oversee the application and approval process for statutory requirements.Ensure all necessary legal agreements and warranties are in place.Provide technical support to the Sales team, ensuring customer-centric design solutions.Address customer queries and prepare accurate sales literature.
