About the Technical and Quality Manager job Your role is to lead all technical and quality aspects, making sure food safety meets company standards.You will be the BRC audit lead by following a food safety strategy, ensuring the company is always audit ready. You shall conduct risk reviews, prepare for audits, and ensure accurate documentation is always recorded.Handle allergen and risk assessments, environmental and product testing, threat assessments and ensure new risks are addressed via HACCP.Advise on NPD labelling, shelf life, and pack copy for new products as well as attending first productions.
