You will focus on building strong, trusted relationships while identifying opportunities to increase account value and enhance customer outcomes.Success in this role will be measured against key commercial and service-driven KPIs, including:Client Retention RateAccount GrowthNet Revenue RetentionCustomer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clientsBuild long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholdersConduct regular account review meetingsEnsure clients fully utilise and gain value from their solutionsAccount Growth & Revenue Generation:Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software, services, and hostingWork closely with pre-sales and technical teams to scope solutionsDeliver proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiationsDrive consistent revenue growth within assigned accountsRetention & Customer Success:Proactively manage renewal cycles to maximise retentionIdentify at-risk accounts and implement recovery plansEnsure smooth onboarding and ongoing client engagementDrive adoption of additional services to increase stickinessInternal Collaboration:Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teamsShare client insights to support campaigns and product developmentEnsure seamless handover from new business to account managementAbout you:Skills & Experience Required:EssentialProven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or SalesStrong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunitiesExperience managing long-term client relationshipsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritiesDesirableExperience within IT, software, ERP, or CRM environmentsKnowledge of Sage productsExperience selling or managing managed services / hosting solutionsUnderstanding of subscription-based or recurring revenue modelsKey Competencies:Relationship building and trust developmentCommercial negotiation and closing skillsProblem solving and solution-led thinkingOrganisation and pipeline managementData-driven decision making (KPI-focused)What we offer:Competitive salary (£30k-£35k) with performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with industry-leading software solutionsOngoing training and professional developmentSupportive, collaborative team environmentWhy Join Reality Solutions?At Reality Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions backed by exceptional service.
