Due to promoting their current Manager at their Chelmsford depot they are now looking for someone to join this teamThis is a hands-on management role where your main focus will be supporting, motivating and managing a team of Service Drivers on a day-to-day basis. You'll ensure the drivers have everything they need to deliver an excellent service, monitor performance, maintain high customer service standards and keep the depot running efficiently. Depot Manager | Distribution | Retail / Wholesale | Worcester | c.£40k + Bonus I am partnering again with a a leading UK distribution business who are looking to appoint an experienced Depot Manager to lead a key distribution operation in Worcester.This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, high-volume depot, leading warehouse and transport operations while developing a high-performing team.
